1) What is Surinno Solid Surfacing?
Surinno is a renewable decorative surface material manufactured from acrylic modified polyester resin & mineral fillers, primarily Aluminium Hydroxide (ATH).

2) What are the benefits of Surinno Solid Surfacing?
This product is a non-porous, hygienic, stain and chemical resistant, repairable material. As a result of its solid homogenous properties, the appearance of Surinno will retain its original beauty for many years with minimum maintenance required.

3) What about Surinno countertops?
A Surinno worktop offers choice of integrated sinks splash backs, spill proof rims integrated hob bars, draining board inlays and more. Integrated bowls bring a new dimension of shape and colour to your kitchen. These bowls are available in various sizes as well as in four plain colours.

4) Can I place a hot pot on Surinno?
Though the product is very durable, Surinno like most materials can be damaged by excessive or prolonged exposure to heat as might occur when placing a heavy pot straight from the oven directly onto a counter top. We recommend that hot cookware always be placed on a trivet or pot stand. Routed grooves where stainless steel rods can be placed to hold hot pots is one attractive design option. Surfaces damaged from exposure to excessive heat can be repaired to its original look.

5) What finishes are available in Surinno?
Surinno finishes are obtained mechanically and therefore can vary from a matt to a high gloss depending on the effect required. A matt finish is always recommended for high traffic areas as it is the easiest finish to maintain on your own. To restore your high gloss counter top to its original gloss finish, please contact your nearest Accredited Surinno fabricator.

6) How easy is Surinno to repair?
The colour and pattern runs through the entire thickness of the product making it extremely easy to repair. For smaller nicks and scratches, please refer to Care and Maintenance. Larger damaged areas can be repaired by your nearest Surinno Accredited fabricator.

7) Can I have a custom designed colour?
For larger corporate projects requiring a minimum of 60m2 we would design a colour to fit your corporate identity.

8) What about inlays?
Inlays of corporate logos are yet another indication of the versatility of the product. These inlays are yet another unique feature of the product and can add a new dimension to any design. Please contact your nearest Surinno Accredited fabricator or our design department.
